Do you offer content writing services from a distance?

Yes, technology is a wonderful thing. Sandra is happy to zoom-call clients if that would be helpful and offers a free half-hour discovery call.

Why shouldn't I write it myself?

Sandra has the expertise including 10+ years in communications at the Department of Conservation and qualifications - Diplomas and Certificates in the communications profession. She is also studying a Communications degree with the Open Polytechnic. Sandra will write clear, compelling, accurate content that tells your story and keeps your audience informed. She will take the time to understand your business and content objectives thereby saving you time and producing a professional end-result.

What are your charges for your content writing services?

Each content writing project is unique. Sandra prefers to discuss rates with the client on a case-by-case basis. A quote is provided before any work starts. Sandra also has content packages available which she prefers to discuss with a client in-person. 

What is your content writing process?

Sandra meets with a prospective client for a half-hour free discovery chat to get to know them and understand their project and content. She will also get them to complete a questionnaire that captures all relevant information about the project. This can be completed prior to the call or afterwards.

The content writing is undertaken according to a checklist and agreed deadline. Proof-reading of all content is also undertaken. One free revision of content is included in the price.

What do you need from me?

All the information that I need is included in the questionnaire mentioned above - it includes contact details, project information, target audience, any special requests e.g. tracked changes, Word, pdf, hard copy etc. 

What specialist area do you write content?

Sandra writes mainly in the Nature space, which also includes heritage, tourism, health and well-being. She is open to working in other specialist areas and will discuss this with the prospective client. Her passion is to communicate unique stories, so they are visible now and in the future.

Why are you different to others?

Sandra is different as she is passionate about helping people share their stories through the power of words. She has knowledge and experience in heritage research. Her style of writing lends itself well to content writing and producing compelling copy for a wide audience. You can see examples of some of her work on her portfolio site.

Do you have terms and conditions?

Yes, a terms and conditions document is provided to each client once a project is confirmed. A copy brief is then approved before the project commences.

How quickly will you complete a content writing project?

Sandra will negotiate with the client and prefers at least seven working days' notice. If a job is required urgently, then an urgency fee is applicable. 

What if I am unhappy with your services?

If a client is not happy with the work, Sandra offers a satisfaction guarantee which means she will work to correct the problem at no extra cost, or the client will not be charged for the work. This will be on a case-by-case basis.
